NORTHFIELD – Assemblymen John Amodeo and Vince Polistina will host a public town hall meeting on the state’s new mandated housing law from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12 in the Walter Edge Theater at Atlantic Cape Community College in Hamilton Township. 
The meeting is free to the public.
“The new law is going to have a major impact on our way of life in Atlantic County,”  Polistina said in a press release. “We feel we should have a thorough, public airing of the issues at this meeting.”
 “Unfortunately, this law was rushed through the process.  As a result, even the sponsor acknowledges the law will need some changes,” Amodeo said in the same press release.  “We are inviting the public to share their thoughts with us.”
While the main topic of the evening will be housing, the assemblymen said they would discuss other issues brought up by the public.
